IMPORTANT MESSAGE about Cancellations: 2024 cancellation policy-Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and received (7 days) before the convention. Convention registration cancellations received on or before October 24, will be assessed a $10 processing fee; November 1 a $20 processing fee, 7 days before the event a $45 fee. No refunds given after November 2, 2024.  If you are paying by PO you will be billed for the above cancellation fee.
